With over 25 years in Ministry, Pastor Eric brings a heart focused on living an Authentic life fixed upon Abiding in Christ. Ministry has taken he and his family all over the Country and now has brought him back home to his home Church at Avoca. 

With a passion, gifting and true heart for God, Haley leads the Worship team and Creative focuses at Avoca. Haley has grown up at Avoca and now leads in this new season of ministry.

Shannon leads the Children Ministry at Avoca with a degree in Education as well as a passion for families and kids. With creativity and structure she has rebuilt the Children's ministry at Avoca and continues to expand it in new and creative ways.

Brenda has been in leadership within various Churches for the last 10 years. Serving in Women's Ministry, Church Organization and Structure as well as in various other ministry settings Brenda brings giftings of communicating the Word of God to all and is an example of a life abiding in Christ.

Alyssa has been involved in Church production for many years. With professional training and a deep skillset, Alyssa leads the Production team in Excellence to ensure a true Worship Environment for all who come to Avoca! 

Shawnee has been a leader in Childcare for many years. She now leads the Littlest Angels Daycare with a heart for families and kids. She serves her families with joy and gives of herself in all she does.
